He has held senior PR roles in British Telecom, HSBC, South African Airways and was a Director and board member for a range of PR consultancies. As a marketing and PR trainer, he has trained charities, airlines, hotel groups, retail chains and more.

Rachel has over 20 years’ experience working in travel and has been the media spokesperson for premium worldwide travel company Kuoni, part of DER Touristik UK, for five years. Throughout her career in travel PR, she’s worked in consultancy and in-house roles for various companies. For six years, she ran the press office at TUI UK dealing with a wide brief ranging from crisis response to brand campaigns. She’s used to talking about destination trends and has been at the forefront of dealing with issues impacting travel. For the past 10 years, Rachel has appeared in the PR Week Powerbook, a list of the UK's most influential communications professionals, and is listed in the top 10 PR specialists working in the UK travel industry.

Tony is the Vice President of Princess Cruises UK and Europe, where he is responsible for the sales, marketing, guest services as well as PR and commercial functions. He previously worked for Princess’ sister brands within Carnival UK for 16 years in a variety of roles covering customer services, sales, finance and IT. Since joining Princess, Tony has overseen large-scale projects such as ITV’s documentary ‘The Cruise’ and launching Ocean Medallion. He is also the new Chair of CLIA, where he will serve until May 2020, acting as one of the main spokespeople of the UK cruise industry.

Colin is an aviation professional with over 18 years’ experience working for both FTSE 100 companies and innovative start-ups. In his role as UK & Ireland Country Director, he successfully launched Air Europa (Spain's largest privately owned airline) into the UK back in 2009 and has delivered year on year double-digit growth each year since. Colin is also Chairman of the Latin American Travel Association (LATA), and has been at the helm of the association during a period of exceptional growth. He is a board member of BAR UK, which represents the majority of airlines operating to and from the UK. Previous appointments include Director of Marketing, EMEA for EOS Airlines - the industry changing first-class only commercial airline. Colin is a past Chairman of the Foreign Airline Association (FAA). The FAA facilitates the exchange of expertise and best practice among the foreign airline community in the UK.
Pippa joined Travel Trade Gazette (TTG) magazine as features writer in 2006, later becoming Features Editor, and then Editor of the weekly magazine between 2014 and 2017. In her role as Group Editor, she now steers a team of 16 editorial staff, across TTG Media’s print magazines, digital channels and events. Pippa was named Editor of the Year (Business Media) at the PPA Awards in 2017, while TTG Media was named PPAIPN Independent Publishing Company of the Year in 2019.
Jon is a commercially and creatively driven marketer who has worked with major brands across a range of industry verticals in both client-side and agency-side environments, including co-founding an award-winning digital agency. Since joining Accord as Digital Strategist in 2016, Jon has applied his digital expertise and extensive creative knowledge to transform the agency’s digital offering, with particular emphasis on Display and Social Media, ensuring client’s campaigns are delivering ROI and creative excellence at all times.

Kelly is an experienced senior travel professional skilled in commercial negotiation, sales, partnerships management and senior management. She has spent most of her career within the Thomas Cook group, joining its graduate scheme and moving into roles within a sales and commercial environment. Having joined Freedom Travel Group as Relationship Manager in 2013, she progressed to General Manager in 2014 and saw membership and profitability increase. She then became Head of Commercial at Thomas Cook, which included all UK distribution channels. Kelly joined Advantage as Leisure Director in October 2019 in a newly created board position, where she’s responsible for driving the leisure strategy for the consortia.

Simon has over 20 years’ experience working with some of the world's most iconic brands including Nokia and Kellogg's and is currently the Chief Marketing Officer of the UK’s leading holiday and deals comparison site, icellolly.com. Until recently, he has been working with Fintech start-up Auden and was previously leading marketing and digital transformation for the world’s largest Insurance Company, AXA. Formerly the top marketer for one of the biggest brands in the world, Virgin Atlantic, Simon has years of experience being at the forefront of creative and innovative marketing. Prior to this, he was Director of Media Engagement, Marketing and Audiences at the BBC where he had responsibility for the distribution of marketing content across all platforms. He was also responsible for the strategic marketing and brand leadership of BBC Sport, Radio 5Live, Children’s and Learning. Prior to joining AXA, he worked with international clothing company Supergroup Plc to develop the Marketing Strategy for the Superdry brand.
James is a PR and digital communications expert with 20 years’ of travel and lifestyle experience, including 12 years as Managing Director of leading independent agency Rooster PR. Renowned for his no nonsense results-driven approach, James leads a team of 20 trailblazers responsible for some of the most memorable travel PR campaigns of recent years. These include the unprecedented first and second place winners in the ‘PR Stunt / Experiential Event’ category in the 2019 Travel Marketing Awards. Rooster’s ‘The Closest Thing to Flying’ VR campaign for Ras Al Khaimah clinched the win with the ‘Say Hallou-mi to Cyprus’ popup coming a close second..

After a long and successful media career in business development roles that focused on trends, opportunities and threats to advertising around the world, Sally launched her own management/coach-mentoring consultancy in 2007. Following a Non-Exec Director role, in 2015, she was appointed CEO of Accord. A highly energetic, enthusiastic and focused operator with a proven track record in commercial development, change management and priority planning, it is her responsibility to shape the company’s short and long-term strategy, setting business objectives, creating a performance-led environment and establishing a culture of accountability, flexibility and innovation across the business as a whole.
